My recent stay wasn't as sparkling as I had hoped, especially given how dirty the room was. I struggled with a lack of restaurants open late and poor shuttle service, but the staff at the front desk was pleasant, which was a small comfort. The hotel's overall atmosphere had potential, but I might consider other options next time.

The staff I interacted with were friendly and accommodating, but the cigarette smoke in public areas was overwhelming. Overall, it's a mixed bag, and I'd suggest confirming all costs ahead of time.
